About the founder

Annaleesa Gittens is an HR operations leader with nearly a decade of experience across some of the most demanding people environments in the country. She currently leads a large HR operations team supporting a workforce of thousands across multiple sites in a highly regulated federal environment, and previously worked in global people operations at Meta, supporting teams across EMEA and APAC. Earlier chapters include talent acquisition in high-growth consumer brands and HR in higher education.

That range is what Ratio HR clients get: someone who has seen what breaks at every stage of growth, from twenty employees to twenty thousand, and knows the difference between what HR textbooks say and what actually works.

She holds a SHRM-CP certification, an M.S. in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University, an AI Strategy certificate from Cornell University, and maintains an active federal security clearance.

She founded Ratio HR to bring executive-caliber HR leadership to the companies that need it most and can access it least: growing businesses that are past winging it, but not ready for a full-time executive.
